“VETARD GROUP”, “WE”, “US”, “OUR”) IN ORDER TO DESCRIBE HOW WE MAY RECEIVE, COLLECT, TREAT, AND USE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY
YOU (HEREINAFTER –
“YOU”, “YOUR”, “USERS”) IN REGARDS TO YOUR USE OF MOBILE APPLICATION NAMED
COOKING ARTIST THAT ARE OWNED BY US, AND MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE GOOGLE PLAY (HEREINAFTER – “
MOBILE APPLICATION”), INCLUDING ANY SERVICES, FEATURES AND CONTENT THAT ARE CONNECTED WITH THE MOBILE APPLICATION (HEREINAFTER – “
SERVICES”). USE OF THE SERVICES IS ALSO GOVERNED BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREINAFTER – (“
TERMS”). BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, including installing or accessing our mobile application, you must agree to this Privacy Policy AND THE TERMS. BY INSTALLING or accessing our MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY thIS Privacy Policy AND THE TERMS, AND YOU GUARANTEE THAT YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND HAVE ACCEPTED THIS Privacy Policy and the TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR DO NOT AGREE TO THIS Privacy Policy AND/OR the TERM, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO USE THE SERVICES, AND YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE SERVICES AND CEASE USE OF THE MOBILE APPLICATION.
1. DEFINITIONSYou acknowledge and agree that all the definitions prescribed in the Terms have the same meanings and applicable to this Privacy Policy.

Information we may receive AND COLLECTIn the ordinary course of the provision of Services by Us to You, We do not receive, collect and process information that is considered to be personal information. We do not request You to provide any kind of personal information for enabling You to get access to the Mobile Application and Services. Therefore, VETARD GROUP is not the processor and/or controller in the meaning of the definition of the "processor" and the "controller", prescribed in the GDPR, because We do not receive, process or store personal information of Users in the meaning of the GDPR.
However, in case We receive Your information that is qualified as personal information we will treat it according to the provisions as stated in this Privacy Policy.
We may receive and collect information that may be considered personal information according to applicable laws in a variety of ways.
Personal information may include, for example, Your name, Your postal address, Your telephone number, Your e-mail address, Your age, and Your gender.
You acknowledge and agree that in order to use the Services We may receive and collect the following categories of personal information in the ways described below:

· Technical information about Your device, such as the IP address, whether You are connected to Wi-Fi or to mobile data, name of the Internet service provider, the operating system type, the battery status of Your device, the resolution of Your device’s screen, and the identifiers associated with the device;

Cookies are small files that, when placed on Your device, enable Us to provide certain features and functionality. You may accept all cookies or refuse to accept all cookies by adjusting the relevant cookie retention function in Your device. However, in the event of Your refusal to install cookies, the Mobile Application may be unable to operate as designed;
· information that You provide if You report technical or other types of problem with the use of Services;
· a record of correspondence between Us and You if You contact Us;
· Inferences based on the information described above and other information described in this Privacy Policy.
While most of this information comes directly from You, such as information You provide, We sometimes receive information from Third Parties, such as:
· Partners with whom We offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities;
· Advertisers, about Your experiences or interactions with their offerings;
· Service providers that help us determine Your device's location based on its IP address to customize certain products to Your location; and
· Social networking sites ("SNS") (like Facebook and Twitter, etc.) and other similar Third Party services that make Users' information available to others.
You acknowledge and agree that We may receive the following information from Third Parties:
· Data we receive if You link a Third Party tool in connection to use of the Services (such as Facebook, etc.);
· Data to fight fraud (such as refund abuse in games or click fraud in advertising);
· Details of orders (such as items, date, amount, status, description, broad geographic location (e.g. country or city-level location));
· Data for advertising and marketing purposes;
· Data for analytics purposes, so We can provide You with better Services;
· Data from other group companies or Third Party companies who have obtained Your consent or have another legal right to share such information with Us (including publishing partners, platforms, advertising platforms and partners, and data aggregators). This may include attributes about You and Your interests, as well as other mobile applications and services You use, demographic and general location information. We will use this information as described in this Privacy Policy and subject to any limitations in the privacy policy of the company that collected the information from You.
Information Collected by Customer Support. When You ask for assistance from Our customer support team, in order to process Your request, We may collect and store the contact information that You provide (generally Your name and e-mail address), information about Your activity on the Services. We will also store the correspondence and any information contained within.
Please, note We do not receive, collect or use any payment information (Your name, payment card number and payment account details) from You when You purchase Virtual Items via Our Mobile Application. These are performed by commercial payment service provider, such as Google Play.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATIONIf We receive, collect and use Your personal information, We perform it in accordance with the requirements of corresponding Data Protection Laws, in order to perform the following:
· to provide You with the Services;
· to enable You to communicate with Us;
· to contact You, whether for customer service purposes or to send information regarding Our Services;
· to determine if Your device meets minimum system requirements to use Our Services, and providing information concerning compatibility and interoperability;
· to manage Your account and improve Your experience when using Our Services;
· to research, survey and interact with You, for example via email or other communications;
· to develop and improve the Service and Your experience;
· to customize Your Service experience;
· to provide You with Our offers in the Services as well as in other websites and services;
· when it is necessary to do as You have requested for sending You related information, security alerts, and support messages;
· to provide features that may be a part of the Services;

· when it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which VETARD GROUP is subject in order to keep the Services and its features safe and fair, to fight fraud, prevent crime or cheating and ensure acceptable use otherwise, take action against fraudulent or misbehaving Users;
· when it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Us to analyze, profile, and segment, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal information, in particular where the data subject is a child under the relevant age.
4. HOW LONG WE keep YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATIONYou acknowledge and agree that We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as providing the Services, or for other essential purposes such as complying with Our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing Our agreements, after which the information will be deleted or de-identified.
Your personal information will also be deleted when You delete such information from Our services, although certain aggregated data derived from these may be retained for limited purposes such as product improvement.
However, You acknowledge and agree that after You have deregistered Your account or have stopped using Our Services, We may continue to keep Your personal information if doing so is necessary for Us to fulfill Our legal obligations.

· Advertisers. We share Your personal information in order to facilitate targeting, delivery, and measurement of online advertising on Third Party services, or otherwise facilitate transmittal of information that may be useful, relevant, or of interest to You, with such companies as Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc. Advertisers use Your personal information to improve advertising, targeting and measurement systems so that We can show You direct or target interest advertising according to Your preferences. The advertisers may also use Third Party cookies and/or web beacons to collect a unique ID number in combination with information such as click stream information, browser type, time, date, and the subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over during Your visits to other websites. · Anti-cheat and anti-fraud companies. We may share Your personal information required for Our detection, investigation and prevention of cheating in the Mobile Application and
Terms violations only for the purposes of detection, investigation and prevention of cheating in the Mobile Application and Terms violations;
· Customer support partners. We may share Your personal information with Our Third Party customer and support partners that We engage to provide You with appropriate customer support services. Such companies may get access to Your personal information, including personal information that You may provide in your customer support requests.
6. Collection Information from ChildrenWe do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If We determine We have collected personal information from a child younger than 16 years of age, We will take reasonable measures to remove that information from Our systems.
If You are under the age of 16, please, do not submit any personal information through Our Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Services without their permission.

However, VETARD GROUP shall provide such information only upon Your request and not more than twice in a 12-month period.
(B) The right to request VETARD GROUP delete any personal information about You, which has been collected by VETARD GROUP from You.
(C) The right to request VETARD GROUP to disclose You categories of Third Parties with whom We share Your personal information.
(D) The right to receive information on whether Your personal information has been sold by VETARD GROUP to a Third Party. This right provides that You have the right to request information on the categories of personal information that have been sold and the categories of Third Parties to whom Your personal information has been sold. However, VETARD GROUP does not sell any personal information to any Third Parties and has never tried to sell any personal information.
(E) The right to direct VETARD GROUP not to sell personal information to Third Parties, and to prohibit re-sale of personal information. However, VETARD GROUP does not sell any personal information to any Third Parties and has never tried to sell any personal information.

In order to verify Your identity, we will generally require the matching of sufficient information You provide Us to the information we maintain about you in Our systems.
